CONFIRMATION
Booking Confirmation
Your reservation is considered confirmed when FAIVO sends you a booking confirmation.
The confirmation normally includes the travel date, guest count, agreed price, pick-up details and other information relevant to your experience.
Please provide a phone or WhatsApp number you can access while traveling in Vietnam. If your hotel or pick-up location changes, let us know as early as possible.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment
Payment should be as simple as the booking itself. Available methods depend on the tour and arrangements required.
Cash Payment at Pick-Up
For eligible day tours, payment can be made in cash when the tour begins. Please have the agreed amount ready in the currency shown in your confirmation.
Card & Online Payment
Selected bookings can be paid in advance by card or online. Our team will provide the correct instructions and explain any applicable transaction fee before payment.
Private Tours & Deposits
Private vehicles, boats, guides or other exclusive services may require a deposit. If so, we will clearly state the deposit, payment method and remaining balance before you confirm.
Prices & Currency
Tour prices may be shown in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US Dollars (USD). The amount in your confirmation is the agreed booking price unless you later request additional services.
Currency conversion may vary slightly according to the exchange rate or payment provider used at the time of payment.
