We collect only information reasonably required to answer your enquiry, process a reservation, arrange transport or activities and support you before, during and after a tour.

Depending on the service, this may include your name, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, hotel or pickup address, travel date, group size, traveller ages when pricing depends on age, dietary or accessibility requests, payment and booking records, and messages you send to FAIVO.

Some services may require additional details requested by ports, transport operators, attractions or other authorities. We request those details only when they are necessary for the booked service or an applicable requirement.

Your information may be used to confirm and manage bookings, arrange pickup and drop-off, coordinate guides, vehicles, boats and activities, respond to questions, provide operational updates, process payments, maintain transaction records, improve our services and meet legal or security obligations.

FAIVO does not sell or rent personal information.

To operate a booking, we may share limited details with the people or businesses directly providing part of your service, such as local guides, drivers, boat operators, restaurants, activity providers or destination operators.

For example, a driver may receive your name, contact number and pickup point so they can find you on the day of travel. We limit sharing to information reasonably needed for the service concerned.

Available payment methods may include cash, card, bank transfer or another method shown during booking. When a payment is handled by an external payment provider, that provider processes payment data under its own privacy and security terms.

FAIVO does not intentionally keep complete card details on the website unless an authorized secure payment system specifically requires and protects that processing.

Where payment on pickup is offered, you do not need to provide online card details. We still retain the booking information needed to arrange your tour and communicate with you.

Payment can then be collected by the driver, guide or other authorized FAIVO representative in accordance with the terms confirmed for your booking.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, analytics and third-party integrations such as maps or social tools.

Technical data may include IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, approximate location, time spent on the website and referral source. Browser settings can be used to restrict cookies, although some website functions may then work differently.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete travel services, provide support, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes and meet accounting, tax or legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized or securely archived as appropriate.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate details, request deletion in appropriate circumstances, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or ask how your data is being used.

Family tours may require limited information about children, for example age information used for pricing, safety or service arrangements. Such information should be provided by a parent, legal guardian or an adult authorized to make the booking.

Our website may link to external services or websites. FAIVO does not control their privacy, security or content practices, so you should review the relevant policies before providing information to those services.

FAIVO primarily provides travel services in Vietnam. Information connected with a booking may therefore be processed or stored in Vietnam and shared with local service providers when required to operate your itinerary.

We handle such information in line with applicable Vietnamese requirements and reasonable privacy safeguards.

If you choose to receive travel ideas, offers or updates, we may send occasional marketing communications. You can ask us to stop them at any time.

Operational messages related to an active booking, such as confirmation, pickup details, schedule changes or important service notices, may still be sent when needed to provide your service.

We may revise this policy as our services, website features or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
